Deliveries & Returns
Delivery:
We offer a Standard Delivery service that currently takes 3-5 working days.
Returns:
We hope you love your order however, if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry - you can send it back.
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resealable condition.
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a track able service to ensure that your parcel gets back to us safely. We cannot refund items lost in transit.
- As soon as we receive and check your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method (minus the original delivery costs).
- Custom-made, personalised items, earrings or sale items cannot be returned.
